As you noticed, this blog and its cheese-cheese recipes and information, still under construction.

  • For over 50 years, namely from father to son, I am interested in cheese and this in all its forms.
  • The last 20 years I have particularly focused on the self import of cheese.
  • Together with some of the best Belgian colleagues, we form a network and expert group, which we share knowledge and expertise.
  • Together with my wife and four co-workers with enthusiasm and passion we have over 38 years our customers in our special cheese business in Tilburg center may surprise you.

My time to go quit as a trader, came:
